For each class, at level 1 you roll the full hit die plus Constitution modifier. For subsequent levels, you take the average (half die + 1) plus Con mod. Bonuses like Tough feat add 2 HP per level, and Hill Dwarf adds 1 HP per level.
The Tough feat adds 2 hit points per character level.
Hill Dwarves have the Dwarven Toughness trait, which adds 1 hit point per level.
