This calculator determines the ideal height to mount your TV's bottom edge from the floor, based on your viewing setup.
- Enter TV Screen Size (inches, 10–200): The diagonal measurement of your TV.
- Enter Viewing Distance (feet, 1–50): How far your eyes will be from the screen.
- Enter Eye Level Height (inches from floor, 0–100): The height of your eyes when seated.
- Enter Tilt Angle (degrees, 0–30): Use 0 for a flat mount. Increase if the TV will be tilted downward.

Result: The bottom of your TV should be mounted at the given inches from the floor. The calculation assumes a standard 16:9 aspect ratio and uses trigonometry to center the screen at or above your eye level based on tilt.
