How to Use the Running Record Calculator
This tool calculates running metrics: distance, time, pace, or speed. Enter any two values to compute the remaining two.
- Step 1: Fill in exactly two of the four fields (Distance, Time, Pace, Speed).
- Step 2: Select the correct unit for each value (e.g., km or miles for distance; min/km or min/mile for pace).
- Step 3: Click Calculate. The missing values appear in the result box, with the formula shown below.
- Step 4: Use Reset to clear all inputs and start over.
Notes:
- All values must be positive numbers.
- Pace units are min/km or min/mile; speed units are km/h or mph.
- Results show both metric and imperial equivalents automatically.
