hh:mm:ssformat (e.g., 0:20:00 for 20 minutes). - Set your target: In the Target Distance field, enter the distance you want to predict a time for (e.g., 10). Select its unit (km, miles, or meters).
- Calculate: Click the Calculate button.
- Read the result: The Predicted Time shows your estimated finish time for the target distance. Below it, an explanation details your pace per km and how the prediction was derived.
Tip: All distances must be positive numbers. Time must be in hh:mm:ss format (e.g., 1:05:30 for 1 hour, 5 minutes, 30 seconds). The calculator works with any unit (metric or imperial) and converts automatically.
