How to Use the GED Score Estimator
This calculator estimates your GED score based on correct answers, or tells you how many correct answers you need to reach a target score. It uses a simplified linear formula: Score = 100 + (Correct / Total) × 100.
- Step 1: Select your Subject (Mathematical Reasoning, Science, Social Studies, or Language Arts).
- Step 2: Choose a Mode:
- Target Score: Enter a score between 100 and 200 to find how many correct answers you need.
- Correct Answers: Enter the number of correct answers to estimate your score.
- Step 3 (Optional): Enter the Total Items on the test. If left blank, the calculator uses default totals (50 for each subject).
- Step 4: Click Calculate to see the result and formula explanation. Use Reset to clear all fields.
