How to Use the DaVita GFR Calculator
- Enter Serum Creatinine – Input your serum creatinine level in mg/dL (e.g., 1.2). Must be a positive number.
- Enter Age – Input your age in years (e.g., 45). Must be between 1 and 120.
- Select Gender – Choose Female or Male from the dropdown.
- Select Race – Choose African American or Non-African American.
- Click "Calculate GFR" – The result shows your estimated GFR in mL/min/1.73m² and the corresponding CKD stage (1–5).
