How to use this tool?
This calculator estimates materials for concrete, bricks, paint, or flooring projects. All measurements must be in meters.
- Select Project Type – Choose from Concrete, Bricks, Paint, or Flooring.
- Enter Dimensions – Input Length, Width, and Height (in meters). For concrete, Height is slab thickness; for bricks, Height is wall height.
- Set Extra – This field changes based on project type:
- Concrete/Bricks: Waste percentage (e.g., 10 for 10% waste).
- Paint: Number of coats (minimum 1).
- Flooring: Area covered per box in m² (default 2.5).
- Click Calculate – The result shows the total material needed (m³, bricks, liters, or boxes) with a brief formula explanation.
Note: All values must be positive numbers. The calculator uses metric units only.

Frequently Asked Questions
Multiply length, width, and height (thickness) to get volume in cubic meters. Add waste percentage for extra material.
Standard bricks: approximately 60 bricks per m² for a single layer wall. Adjust for waste.
Divide total wall area by coverage per liter (typically 11 m² per liter). Multiply by number of coats.
