How to use this tool?
This calculator counts the number of business days (Monday–Friday) between two dates, excluding weekends and any optional holidays you specify.
- Select Start Date – Click the Start Date field and choose the beginning of your period.
- Select End Date – Click the End Date field and choose the ending date. The end date must be after the start date.
- Add Holidays (optional) – In the text area, enter any holidays you want to exclude, one per line, using the
YYYY-MM-DDformat (e.g.,2024-12-25). Leave blank if none. - Calculate – Click the Calculate Business Days button.
The result shows the total number of business days, the date range, and how many holidays were excluded. If an error appears, check that all dates are valid and in the correct format.
