How to Use the Trade Calculator
- Enter Entry Price – The price at which you bought the asset (e.g., $100). Must be greater than zero.
- Enter Exit Price – The price at which you sold the asset (e.g., $110).
- Enter Quantity – The number of units traded (e.g., 100 shares). Must be greater than zero.
- Enter Fee (%) – Optional trading fee as a percentage (e.g., 0.1 for 0.1%). Defaults to 0 if left blank.
- Click Calculate to see results.
Results explained:
- Net P&L – Your profit or loss after fees (green for gain, red for loss).
- Return % – Net profit/loss as a percentage of your total cost (including entry fees).
- Breakdown – Shows gross P&L, total fees, and net P&L for transparency.
Tip: All fields accept decimals. Use positive numbers only. Fees are applied to both entry and exit sides.
