This calculator determines the grade you need on your final exam to achieve a desired overall course grade.
- Enter your Current Grade (%) – Your current percentage in the course before the final exam (e.g., 85).
- Enter your Desired Grade (%) – The overall grade you want to achieve (e.g., 90).
- Enter the Exam Weight (%) – How much your final exam counts toward your total grade (e.g., 30).

- If the required grade is above 100%, achieving your desired grade may be impossible.
- If the result is 0% or negative, you already have enough points to reach your goal—you can skip the exam!
