How to use this tool?

How to use the Working Days Calculator:

  1. Enter Start Date – Click the Start Date field and select the beginning of your period.
  2. Enter End Date – Click the End Date field and select the end of your period. Must be on or after the start date.
  3. Add Holidays (optional) – In the holidays text area, type each holiday date in YYYY-MM-DD format, one per line (e.g., 2023-12-25). Leave blank if none.
  4. Calculate – Click the Calculate Working Days button.
  5. Read the result – The number displayed is the total working days (Monday–Friday) between the start and end dates, inclusive, excluding weekends and any holidays you entered.

Note: Dates must be in YYYY-MM-DD format. The calculator counts both the start and end dates, skips Saturdays and Sundays, and removes any listed holidays.
