How to Use the Trigonometry Calculator

This calculator computes the value of a trigonometric function for a given angle in degrees. Follow these steps:

  1. Enter the angle in the "Angle (degrees)" field. The angle must be between 0 and 360 degrees.
  2. Select the function from the dropdown: sin, cos, tan, csc, sec, or cot.
  3. Click the "Calculate" button.
  4. The result will appear below, showing the numeric value and a step-by-step explanation of the calculation.

Note: If the function is undefined for the given angle (e.g., tan(90°)), the result will display as Infinity with an explanation.

The calculator uses degrees only. All results are rounded to 6 decimal places.
