How to Use the THC Detox Calculator

  1. Select Usage Frequency – Choose how often you use THC (e.g., "Single use" or "Daily"). This sets the base detox time.
  2. Select Body Fat Level – Choose your body fat category (Low, Average, or High). Higher body fat increases detox time.
  3. Enter Days Since Last Use – Input the number of days since your last THC consumption. Must be 0 or more.
  4. Choose Detox Method – Optional: Pick "Water loading" or "Exercise & sweat" to slightly reduce detox time, or leave as "Natural".
  5. Click "Calculate Detox Time" – The result shows estimated remaining days to become clean, with a color-coded status (green = clean, yellow = close, red = more time needed).

Tip: All inputs are in days and categories—no unit conversions needed. The formula explanation below the result shows how the number was calculated.
