Currently, Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming have no state income tax. New Hampshire and Tennessee tax only interest and dividends.
All 50 states plus DC are included. If you believe a state is missing, please check the list again. The calculator uses a default rate of 6% for any state not specifically categorized.
