How to Use the Redcort Timesheet Calculator
- Enter Clock In (AM) – Set your morning start time using the time input (default: 08:00).

- Set Break Duration – Input your unpaid break in minutes (default: 30). Must be a non-negative number.
- Set Hourly Rate – Enter your pay rate in dollars (default: $25.00). Must be non-negative.
- Choose Day Type – Select from:
- Regular Day – standard pay (1x)
- Overtime (1.5x) – overtime hours paid at 1.5x rate
- Double Time (2x) – overtime hours paid at 2x rate
- Click "Calculate" – The results will appear below showing:
- Total Hours – clock out minus clock in minus break
- Regular Hours – up to 8 hours
- Overtime Hours – any hours over 8
- Gross Pay – regular hours × rate + overtime hours × rate × multiplier
Tip: All times use 24-hour format (e.g., 08:00 for 8 AM, 17:00 for 5 PM). Break and rate must be numbers. If you see an error, check your inputs.
