- Enter waste needed in pounds per square foot per year (lbs/sq ft/year). This is the amount of waste required to fertilize each square foot annually.
- Enter growing season in weeks (whole number). This is how long your garden grows each year.
- Click "Calculate Pets Needed". The result shows the minimum number of pets required (rounded up) to produce enough waste for your garden.
