How to Use the Grade Calculator
- Set the number of items (e.g., assignments, exams) using the Number of Items field (1–20). The item rows update automatically.
- For each item, enter:
- Score (0–100) – your grade for that item.
- Weight (0–100%) – how much that item counts toward the total.
- Click Calculate Grade to see your overall grade as a percentage.
- The result shows the final grade and a breakdown of each item’s weighted contribution.
Note: All scores and weights must be between 0 and 100. The total weight can be any value (it doesn’t need to sum to 100). The grade is computed as the weighted average: sum of (score × weight) ÷ sum of weights.
