How to use this tool?
This calculator helps you determine the probability of obtaining each possible output skin when performing a CS2 Trade Up Contract.
- Add Input Items: Click Add Item to add up to 10 input items. For each item, select the Collection it belongs to and enter the Count (how many items of that collection you are using).
- Set Target Quality: Choose the desired output quality (e.g., Restricted, Classified) from the dropdown. This determines which skins are possible.
- Calculate: Click Calculate Probabilities. The results will show each possible output skin and its probability percentage.
- Interpret Results: The probability is based on the proportion of items from each collection and the number of skins in that collection. A higher count from a collection with fewer skins increases the chance of getting those skins.
Note: All input items must be of the same quality (e.g., all Mil-Spec). The total number of items cannot exceed 10.

A trade up contract allows you to exchange 10 items of the same quality for 1 item of the next higher quality. The output skin is randomly selected from the collections of the input items, weighted by the number of items from each collection.
You can use any 10 items of the same quality (e.g., all Industrial Grade). The items must be from collections that have skins of the next quality. Souvenir and StatTrak items can also be used but may affect the outcome.
This calculator uses a simplified model assuming equal probability for each skin within a collection. Actual probabilities may vary due to different skin rarities within the same quality.
