ASCVD Risk Calculator – Quick Guide
- Enter your age (20–79 years).
- Select your gender (Male or Female).
- Input Total Cholesterol (130–320 mg/dL) and HDL Cholesterol (20–100 mg/dL).
- Input Systolic Blood Pressure (90–200 mmHg).
- Answer Yes/No for: on BP medication, diabetes, and smoker status.
- Click “Calculate Risk”.
Result: Your 10-year risk of heart attack or stroke is shown as a percentage with a category (Low, Borderline, Intermediate, or High).
Note: All values must be in the specified ranges. Use mg/dL for cholesterol and mmHg for blood pressure.
